Let's Spring Into Action..

It is commonly observed that springtime can bring a sense of happiness and renewed energy to people. There are several reasons why this might be the case.

Firstly, springtime marks the end of winter and the start of warmer weather. This can lead to increased exposure to sunlight, which can have a positive impact on mood and mental health. Sunlight exposure helps to increase serotonin levels, which is a neurotransmitter associated with feelings of well-being and happiness.

Secondly, springtime is associated with growth and renewal. The sight of flowers blooming, trees coming back to life, and the return of wildlife can all contribute to a sense of optimism and positivity. This can be particularly impactful after a long, dark winter.

Thirdly, springtime often brings with it a sense of anticipation and excitement for the summer months ahead. People may begin planning vacations or outdoor activities, which can contribute to a sense of joy and happiness.

As a result, to enhance my welfare, the time has come to purchase a van. This is to relive the love for exploring, help potentially promote the brand/myself and have my mobile garage back again. Only this time, it was a blank canvas: a project. Something I totally HATE doing.

For someone that still looks (and acts) 12 years of age the road to adulthood was upon thee.

Previously I mentioned comfort zones and stepping out of them. With that in mind, I have to put into practice what I preach (or have preached).

Nervous as I was, the key to starting something is often just getting started. Once you take that first step, it can be easier to keep going and make progress.

This year is all about change and trying new things. With a bit of willingness this is a reason why being a newbie is great. A challenging, exciting, rewarding confidence boosting experience - here that has been achieved. May the fun commence. 😎

Creating a new habit can bring about many joys and benefits. The sense of accomplishment, improved self-discipline, increased motivation, more free time, sense of purpose.

There may be situations where a good habit becomes excessive or obsessive, and starts to interfere with other aspects of our lives. An individual who has developed a good habit of exercise may become so obsessed with it that they neglect other important areas of their life, such as their relationships or career.

Another reason why someone may not want to develop a good habit is because they may not see the immediate benefits or may struggle to maintain the habit. It can take time and effort to develop a new habit, and some people may not have the patience or motivation to stick with it.

It's important to recognise that everyone has different priorities and values. While a certain habit may be considered "good" by some, it may not be a priority or interest for others. Ultimately, it's up to each individual to determine which habits they want to develop and incorporate into their lives.

As of late my recent habit is utilising a spin bike. Never thought that indoor cycling could be my new thing. Although I do try to incorporate "some" enjoyment out of it.

Headphones on, volume eleven,  pedal like the clappers. My excuse to go spinning now is to get lost in the music. Big beats, big results - he says, he hopes.

Bear in mind that habits take time to develop. With a bit of persistence we should get some good results, especially when there is fun involved we are more inclined to stick to it.

The habit I have slipped into this year is reading books. Overall, reading books can be an a informative and rewarding activity that can have many positive benefits for your personal and intellectual growth - the relevance!

You've probably guessed the topic already so I'll keep this review a short one.

This book is to all who feel they want/need a change in life. It's a map that takes you through doable practical achievable steps. I found it a good motive to try and apply his advice into a daily routine. Won't happen overnight but no harm trying.

I liked the fact he uses real stories to bring the issues to life. Although there are too many quotes to put on here, he does have plenty of them to make you rise above. Even between the jargon and sales pitch here and there, which can get in the way at times.

It could be shorter and more straight to the point but if you have the time/want then it's a good start on the self dev road.

I will give it a second read at some point, at a campsite maybe...😀

Having an attractive environment can certainly help in your personal development. An environment that is visually appealing, organised, and conducive to your goals and aspirations can positively influence your mindset and behaviour.

A visually appealing environment can stimulate your creativity and enhance your productivity. It enhances mood and well-being. Colours, textures, and lighting can all impact your emotional state and help create a more positive and relaxed atmosphere.

Overall, an attractive environment can be a powerful tool in your personal development journey. By creating a space that reflects your values and aspirations, you can enhance your creativity, productivity, well-being and personal growth.

Holidays in a kennel might not be so bad after all...
